Planting my daughters flowers

When we went to the greenhouse, my daughter had a few flowers she gravitated towards. I decided to add them to my order. Wasn't sure where they would be planted, but I wanted to make space for what she likes too.

As I was putting together my hanging baskets, I think about putting them in a large pot on the front step.
I realized as we were planting this we will need to move it into a larger pot later, because it's a small pot for all these flowers that are going to grow.

Also, whenever I am planting a plastic pot like this, the first thing I do is take a field rock and set it in the bottom, then add my potting soil. It helps keep them upright in the nasty winds we sometimes get.

Happy planting!
